This competition
is held on the Air Force Academy grounds at Air Academy
High School. The course winds around the campus
and finishes in the stadium. The starting line is
sometimes hard to find for first time observers because it's hidden away just south of the
tennis courts. This 5K course is famous for the
steep hill located just before the two mile mark. A
(one way) bus and the Activity bus will be used to
transport the athletes to the Academy. Runners
typically find their own way home. If / when you
drive on to the Academy grounds, be prepared to show
your ID and an insurance card for your vehicle. The
buses will depart for Air Academy at 1:50.
Competitors, be sure to bring sunscreen, insect repellant and racing shoes
(if applicable), your uniform and your warm-ups.

4:00 pm ‐ Boys Division I
4:35 pm – Girls Division I
5:10 pm – Boys Division II
5:35 pm – Girls Division II
6:30 pm – AWARDS PRESENTATION for all
divisions
EACH RACE WILL START AT ITS SCHEDULED
TIME, EVEN IF THE
PREVIOUS RACE IS NOT COMPLETELY
FINISHED.
